On November 13, a lecture on proper nutrition was held in the ComeIn Art space with the support of the Universiade Village Administration.
The lecture was conducted by a specialist in physical education, a master of sports in wrestling, a specialist in the rehabilitation of a medical leech, the owner of a fitness studio in Bugulma, the finalist of the championship of the Republic of Tatarstan in bodybuilding and fitness, Elena Sirazhieva. There are many myths about good nutrition. Which of them are true, said Elena at today's meeting. For example, it is not recommended to use vegetable oil in your diet, olive oil is much more useful. Also, it became known that walking is not a cardio exercise. For proper nutrition, you need to eat the right amount of calories. In order to calculate it, there is a formula. You must divide your weight by 0.45, multiply the result by 11 (for women) or 12 (for men). You can eat everything, the main thing is not to go beyond. In the general diet should be 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% carbohydrates. You can monitor your diet with special applications such as LifeSum and the Hickey Calorie Calculator.
